Matt Connelly is a singer-songwriter from the state of Rhode Island and an inductee into the Rhode Island Country Music Hall Of Fame.
The songs he records are primarily demo's. He suffers from rheumatoid arthritis so some of the guitar work is at time "painful". (no pun intended) Other times he's lucky enough to have others play.
He was a contestant on the now defunct Nashville Network 's "You Can Be A Star" and also opened for Willie Nelson, Reba McIntire, Tanya Tucker and was a member of the late Tiny Tim's band for several shows.
